Founded in 2021 London Baby Care is both a recruitment agency specializing in the placement of domestic staff and also a private concierge service dedicated to mothers and children.
London Baby Care offers a quality service to families by offering professionals recruited with high standards.
Aware that each request is unique and must be fully satisfied, the London Baby Care team works closely with families to understand their expectations and best meet their needs during the recruitment process.
All childcare services are offered to you at complete discretion because LBC makes confidentiality a credo.

The second key point is the LBC vision which wants childcare not to be limited only to the physical aspect, the worker must bring the child to develop intellectually and emotionally, hence the importance of well-recruited conducted with experienced contributors.

We ensure that our clients are satisfied and this goes through different stages during the recruitment process, ensuring the correspondence between the position to be filled and the candidate.
When we receive an application, we take the time to understand the family's expectations and needs through the job review.
We then search our database of experienced candidates for those who best meet the demand.
-1st Interview
We conduct in-depth interviews with each candidate and carefully match the profiles of clients with the profiles of maternity nurses, nannies, and governesses.
Every candidate is asked to come to the agency and is interviewed by one of our expert consultants face-to-face or via video call. Maternity nurses, nannies, and governesses are asked to complete an application form providing their details and information about their experience, qualifications, and employment history.
-We Check
• The identity of each candidate against their passport, driving license, or birth certificate
• The reasons for any gaps in their employment history
• The original certificate of qualification; in the absence of an original certificate we verify the qualification with the relevant awarding body or college
• The validity of the Criminal Record Check of each candidate
• At least two references to confirm the competence and suitability of each candidate
Close Contact With Clients
We put forward maternity nurses, nannies, and governesses only for positions for which they appear to be suited by their qualifications, experience, and personality. Before arranging any interviews, we provide full and relevant information to prospective employees and employers. We respect the confidentiality of our clients.
We provide our clients with a detailed C.V. and the references of suitable candidates. We mediate between clients and candidates to arrange a telephone/Skype interview, and then a personal interview with the candidate at your family home.
